We
are Coast Guard Licensed for up to 6 passengers. If you have your
own group, you can bring up to 6 people. For your convenience,
we do arrange split groups of 4 people...you share the
cost of the charter and the fun! Great for singles or couples.
Please give us at least a couple of days notice if you need us
to put a group together for you! If you have more than 6 people,
we will arrange additional boats to accomodate you group.

Our
charters depart 7:00 am or 8:00 am and the afternoon trips go
from 12:00 noon or later depending on our schedule. Shark Trips
typically depart late afternoon.

All
of our fishing charters include Fishing Licenses, Bait, Tackle,
Rods and Parking Permit. Captain Richard will also filet
and clean your catch and ice will be provided. Remember to bring
a cooler for the fish or you may purchase one at the Marina shop.
All
you need to bring is what you want to eat & drink. Don't forget
the sunscreen and maybe a hat, depending on the time of year.

Tip : When you get to the round-a-bout, you'll see the
Marina on the left. Drive about 3/4 of the way around
the round-a-bout and you'll see an entrance to the Marina Parking
Lot on your right. You'll see Crabby Bills Restaurant
also on your right. When you enter the parking lot, you turn
right. We're in Slip 28.

CANCELLATION
POLICY
We
will exercise our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Of course...we
understand there are things that happen beyond anyone's control
and we will definitely take that into consideration. That would
mean using common sense and we do have that!
If
you cancel prior to 24 hours, no charges will be applied and
all deposits will be refunded. Cancellations inside of 24 hours
may be subject to
a fee. A fee will be charged on a "no-call / no-show"
charter; we hope you understand...we are running a good business.
If
the Captain cancels the charter due to weather conditions, all
deposits will be returned!
